Why this exists

Print it, stamp it, post it.

A paper contract costs someone time at every step: printing, sealing, posting, filing. Moving to electronic documents helps only so far if the approval route and the record of who did what sit in different places. APOUL Sign keeps drafting, approval, signing, storage and search in one place.

What it does

What it does.

01

Draft a contract

Place input fields on a PDF. Frequently used forms become templates, and contracts can be created in bulk from a CSV.

02

Internal approval

Set the order of approval by amount, type or department, with send-backs, delegation and comments.

03

Sending and verifying

Choose how the signer is verified: an emailed link, a one-time code by email, or an access code.

04

A record that holds

Who did what, and when, is kept in a form that cannot be altered afterwards. A completion certificate is produced.

05

Finding it again

Search by counterparty, amount or date range, and export what you need.

06

Connecting to the rest

An API and webhooks let other systems be notified.

07

Signing in

Sign-in can require a one-time code from an authenticator app, and it is always required for work that touches permissions or records.
