APOUL Continuity

Software changes. Your work continues.

A Mac app for answering one question: if the software you rely on disappeared tomorrow, could you keep working? Link the work you cannot afford to stop with the apps you use, where the data lives, how to get it out and what to use instead, then keep recovery steps and a record of trial runs. It is being prepared for release.

Why this exists

What would you do if that software stopped?

A service shuts down, a contract changes, the person who knew it leaves. The more essential the software, the more likely the backup plan has been put off. APOUL Continuity focuses on the work rather than the app, and shows you what is still missing, one step at a time.

What it does

What it does.

01

Inventory of your apps

List the apps installed on your Mac, and add web services and others by hand.

02

Register the work that matters

Record essential work with its priority, and link the main app and the fallback.

03

Where the data lives

Note where data is kept and whether you have actually managed to export it.

04

Recovery plans

Write down steps, fallbacks and who is responsible.

05

A recovery bundle

Pack what you need to resume without the original app into a single signed file.

06

Trial runs and status

Record recovery trial runs, and see each task’s level of readiness and the next step. No scores.

07

Export everything

Everything can be exported in plain formats other software can read.
