Medicine log
Add doses and times and log when you take them. Copy details from the leaflet and keep the source alongside.
Test results
Record test dates, items and the values on the paper, and look back at past values item by item.
Lock and hide
Open with an app password or Face ID. Contents are hidden in the app switcher.
Encrypted copy
Make an encrypted copy of your records and restore it on a new phone.
Practice mode
Try the app with made-up records before you start.

Common questions.
No. It is for keeping and reviewing records. It does not diagnose, decide whether or how much to take, or judge whether test results are good or bad. Please ask your doctor or pharmacist about any concerns.
Only on your iPhone. There is no cloud sync, no ads and no analytics. To move to a new phone, use the encrypted copy made in the app.
