1. Scope
These Terms of Use (the "Terms") set out the conditions for using APOUL Clipboard (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
2. The Service
The App provides clip history, notes, masked display, a widget, a keyboard extension, and related features. Some features require a Pro subscription (auto-renewing).
3. Notes on Use
- Your clips may contain sensitive information such as passwords or verification codes. We recommend using masked display and device authentication
- Due to iOS restrictions, the App captures the clipboard mainly while it is in the foreground
- You can send text from another app's share sheet to save it as a clip (you can review the content before saving)
- To paste into another app, use the copy action or the keyboard extension
4. Paid Plans
- Pro: an auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase, and the subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- You can cancel in the Settings app → your name at the top → Subscriptions. After cancelling, Pro features remain available until the end of the current period
- On a new device, use "Restore Purchases" with the same Apple Account
- Pricing and periods shown in the App Store take precedence
5. Prohibited Conduct
You must not:
- Use the App in violation of laws or public order
- Decompile or tamper with the App, or manipulate purchase status
- Store or use content that infringes the rights of others
- Interfere with the operation of the App
6. Disclaimer
- The App is provided "as is". Complete storage or recovery of data is not guaranteed
- The developer is not liable for data loss caused by a lost backup passphrase, a lost device, or similar circumstances, except where caused by the developer's intent or gross negligence
- Changes to iOS may make some or all features unavailable
7. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be changed as needed. Before a change takes effect, we will announce the new Terms and the date they take effect in the App or on the App's distribution page (https://apoul.jp/en/clipboard/terms/). Using the App on or after that date constitutes acceptance of the changed Terms.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Shizuoka District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance over any dispute relating to the App.
