1. Scope
These Terms of Use (the "Terms") set out the conditions for using APOUL Clipboard for Mac (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
2. Service
The App provides clip history, pins and snippets, notes, content hiding, app lock, the Quick Paste list, and more. Some features require a Pro auto-renewable subscription.
3. Notes on Use
- Your history may contain sensitive information such as passwords and verification codes. We recommend using content hiding and the app lock
- "Paste Directly" requires macOS Accessibility permission. Without it, the App copies the item and you paste it with ⌘V
4. Paid Plan
- Pro is a monthly or yearly auto-renewable subscription shared with the iPhone and iPad app; one purchase works on all of them with the same Apple Account
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- You can cancel in your App Store account settings. After canceling, you can use Pro until the end of the current period
- Prices and periods shown in the App Store take precedence
5. Prohibited Conduct
- Use that violates laws or public order and morals
- Decompiling or modifying the App, or tampering with its purchase status
- Storing or using content that infringes the rights of others
- Interfering with the operation of the App
6. Disclaimer
- The App is provided as is. We do not guarantee complete storage or recovery of data
- The developer is not responsible for data loss caused by a lost passphrase, Mac failure, or similar events, except where caused by the developer's intent or gross negligence
- Changes to macOS may make some or all features unavailable
7. Changes to the Terms
We may change these Terms as needed. Before a change takes effect, we will announce the new Terms and the date they take effect in the App or on the App's distribution page (https://apoul.jp/en/clipboard/mac/terms/). Using the App on or after that date means you agree to the changed Terms.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Shizuoka District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance over any dispute relating to the App.
